Inaugural Winnetka Home Tour

Scope

The Community House Winnetka Women's Board produced its first Home Tour in May of 2021. Years in the making the our team was tasked to create the offline and digital touchpoints needed to raise awareness, sell tickets, and generate revenue.

Objective

Raise $30k in revenue through donations and ticket sales

Increase event awareness through social media engagement and website traffic. Create enough buzz and momentum that the event will produced year after year.

Advertising

  • Design a sophisticated logo that communicates to the show's target audience.
  • Create compelling printed invites to be sent to board members and the North Shore community. 
  • Build a comprehensive program guide, that will act as both a functional guide and an advertising piece for partnering sponsors.
  • Produce posters of different sizes to communicate event details.
  • Generate digital banners that will be used for social media and email marketing.
