Scope

Karl Schumacher is a direct-to-consumer online dental manufacturing e-commerce store. Year over Year, Sales have been on a steady decline, and we have looked to our team to implement new tactics and drive new traffic and social media engagement while generating sales.

Objective

To grow new user traffic by 20% compared to previous year. 

Grow social media followers and engagement by 20%

Increase total online sales by 10 % YOY

Marketing

Leverage existing tactics such as email and organic social. Increase frequency as the campaign demands. Introduce paid search (AdWords) and paid social and key opinion leaders to act as influencers.

With Karl Schumacher's fiscal year starting in April, the campaign is showing signs of starting off strong. We will continue to execute our current tactics and be prepared to pivot if needed.
